Delivery Time

At Sportsupport (for New Zealand orders) we endeavour to deliver all orders within 10 working days of receipt using NZ Post standard postage. You can choose our priority Courier Post delivery option and for a little extra cost we can dispatch your order within 2 working days.
For overseas delivery please select the International Airmail postage option when placing your order.

Back Orders

If your order is temporarily out of stock you may wish to place it on back order. We will advise you of the expected dispatch date either by phone, email or mail and the order will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods are dispatched to you.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your garment we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You may return (within 20 days) any unworn or defective product to us for an exchange or refund (using the method in which you originally paid). The original "Swing Tags" must not be removed from the garment. A postage charge of $7.50 applies to all exchanges.
